This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website www.responsebio.com (our “Site” or “Website”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This policy applies to information we collect on or through this Website as well from email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us. This policy does not apply to any of our practices conducted offline.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This policy may change from time to time (contact us to see the changes to This Privacy Policy).

Information Gathered by Us

Information You Provide

If you choose to register with us, you may be asked to provide personal information, such as your name, postal address, telephone number and email address. If you make a purchase on or through the Site, we also may collect information necessary to process your order, such as your credit card information, along with billing, shipping and other transactional information. We may collect other personal information when you provide feedback or comments online, such as information about our products you own.

At various times we may offer surveys or contests to users. Surveys may ask for contact information or unique identifying information to increase the value of the results. Contests may require contact information or other demographic or personal information in order to determine eligibility.  We use information collected from surveys and contests to improve our service and to notify and contact winners of various contests. From time to time, a contest may ask users to provide content, such as tips that make the most of their product, which may be made available to the public.

Information Collected Automatically

For visitors to this Site and registered users, we log standard technical, and demographic information, such as your IP address, Google Analytics reported interests and demographics (e.g. inferred age range, gender and interests based on your web-browsing and mobile app usage patterns) and the kind of browser you are using.

We may use cookies or other technologies to administer this Site and provide a more tailored and user-friendly service to you. For example, we may use cookies to record session information, to alert users to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to this Site, to record past activity in order to provide better service when users return, and to customize Web page or advertising content based on users’ browser type or other information collected. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but without our cookie you will not be able to complete a purchase or take advantage of certain features of this Site.

Pixel tags are tiny graphic files that are included in HTML-encoded email messages. We may use pixel tags to gather information about emails sent to our users. When such a message is opened in an HTML-capable email program, the recipient’s computer accesses our server to retrieve the pixel tag file, and allows us to record and store the date and time the email was opened, the recipient’s email address, and other standard logging information. These pixel tags may also read cookies.

Our Use and Disclosure of Information

The information we collect about you in the course of our relationship is used to operate our Site and offer products and services to you. For example, we may use your personal information to fulfill your order, to send you information about our company and services, or to contact you when necessary. We may also use personal information to send you customized emails about new products and services or upcoming events that we believe may be of interest to you (“promotional email”). In addition, we look at technical information to analyze traffic to this Site, to enhance and customize our offerings and marketing messages, and to provide our services to you. For example, we may use traffic information to see which portions of this Site are more frequently accessed and to gather broad demographic information.

We may use cookies or other technologies to administer this Site and provide a more tailored and user-friendly service to you.
